Who I am

Pace and Pause is run by Nadine Baier, a yoga teacher based in the UK. If you have any questions about your data, send me a message through the contact form.

What I collect and why

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message. I use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to arrange classes or sessions. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Services that help run this site

• Cloudflare hosts the website. It also gives me simple visitor numbers (such as how many people visited a page). This uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
• Web3Forms delivers form messages to my inbox.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces, and OpenStreetMap provides the map. Your browser loads these directly from them, so they receive your IP address, as any website you visit does.

This site doesn't set any cookies.

How long I keep your details

I keep enquiry emails only for as long as I need them to reply and to look after our sessions, and delete them when they're no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Just send a message through the contact form. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
